Additional Info:	A driving force in the world of photography, by the early 90s, Stephen had developed a professional relationship with Bill Graham Presents. Soon after the rock and roll production-company re-opened San Francisco's Fillmore Auditorium, Stephen was asked to sign on as one of the house photographers for the legendary venue. A stint as chief photographer for an all-local music magazine started Stephen's extensive relationship with much of the Bay Area's up and coming talent. He cultivated these relationships over the years and earned himself a respected place in San Francisco's burgeoning local music scene at the time. While fun and personally rewarding, the abusive nature of the music industry took its toll and Stephen re-invented himself, using his skills and vision to make a mark in event photography. Never one to forget his roots or leave a project incomplete, at the turn of the century Stephen returned to his studies as a photojournalist and earned his degree in journalism at San Francisco State University. Renewing his commitment to excellence in visual storytelling, Stephen continues freelancing for publications and agencies, while continuing his successful work shooting corporate events. Stephen continues to grow as a photographer and journalist, pursuing greater knowledge and a creative vision for both the present, and the future.
