Additional Info:	Michael Turco is a natural history photographer who has worked on assignment for organizations such as: American Forests, the Florida Museum of Natural History, the National Geographic Society and National Wildlife Federation. His work has appeared on the television sitcom Seinfeld, at Van Cleef and Arpels in Palm Beach, and has been used in numerous products, magazines and exhibits around the world. Besides photographing in the United States, Mike’s work has taken him to Costa Rica, Indonesia, Peru, Venezuela, Zambia and Zimbabwe. In 2000 his images appeared in a National Geographic Television documentary which won the Grand Prize in the National Geographic Blue Planet Heroes Worldwide Filmmaker Contest. That same year Mike collaborated with the Florida Museum of Natural History to produce a traveling exhibit that illustrates Orangutan Rehabilitation Work in Indonesia. In 2001 Mike started receiving assignments from National Geographic Television and in 2002, National Geographic World/Kids. In 2007 Mike started working with design firms supplying wall art for corporate clients.
