Additional Info:	..been involved with photography for most of my life.. I've studied photography through college and university-BTEC Art foundation in Photography and Graphic Design + HND in Photography and Digital Imaging, but have roots as self taught. .. I began taking photos as a skateboarder, to document the lifestyle and scene and became interested in just photographing on the street, portraits and cultural documentation, looking out from skateboarding rather than looking in.. shoot film, nothing against digital, I own a Nikon Coolscan negative scanner so I can work digitally in post production, but I love the process of using film, the smell of the chemicals, the safe light, and the tactility, it's the same reason why I would rather read an article in a magazine than on the internet, my process allows me to utilize both digital and analog process. .. since college I have photographed for a community centre in Nottingham- this was based around an interior design course that involved local residents who wanted to re-design a room in their house. Part of the course meant that they would learn about interior design as they worked alongside an interior designer to complete the designated room. My job was to photograph the rooms 'before' and 'after' to justify the project and further funding of the course to local government. - photographed a live art event in London in 2006-2007 called Secret Wars. This event involved two artists who have a set time to draw against each other, then the winner is decided by the crowd by a decibel reader. Photos were published in the magazine Artists and Illustrators in May 2007. Since this the event has gone global with Secret Wars events taking place in New York, Melbourne and all over Europe. My photography of this event also formed part of the photographic element of an exhibition on the event held at the V&A called Fashion vs Sport in August 2008. - current projects include working on the streets as a photographer in my hometown Bedford and also in London where I have lived for about a year. I love the spontaneity of street photography and am working on building a darkroom where I can build up a set of artistic portraits and street prints. Confirmation of being published in a magazine called Bluecanvas issue 7, based in Los Angeles, was announced this week for January 2011. These prints will form part of a photographic storyboard for this publication. ..also working with a group of friends to promote a music event at the Snobar in Milton Keynes. I will be photographing the event.
Fees:	£ 25.00 Pounds Per Hour £25 per hour + travel and production costs- - production costs will vary depending on film used (type and amount) and whether the images are taken through the digital post production route or the analog darkroom printed method. -can also offer a scan, retouching and possibly printing, if desired, service of negatives. To store negatives on disc to provide a digital archive of old negs and slides.
