Hello!

I am a wedding, dance and commercial photographer based in Vancouver, BC.

The first time I saw a picture emerging on photographic paper in the darkroom, it was magic. I knew photography it was for the rest of my life.

Thus started a lifelong quest, to learn from the best, and perfect my art. Starting at a local camera club I worked my way to train under a legend of the photography world, the late Wilas Bhende, followed by a stint at the premier institute for photography - Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA.

Starting out my career as an advertising photographer taught me how to work with different formats and under tight deadlines. My lighting skills and ability to translate an art director’s imagination onto film won kudos from my clients. After working with some of the best advertising agencies and corporate clients in India and UAE, I moved to Canada.

Here I explored the world of wedding and dance photography, and discovered a new passion. The years spent understanding and perfecting lighting help me create exceptional images even under difficult conditions. I strive to create images that capture every mood and emotion. Indian wedding and dance photography combine so many elements of art and life that I love.

For me photography is more than a profession. It is my vocation. I absolutely love what I do and nothing matters to me more than making sure that every picture I take tells a story.
