Additional Info:	Given the privilege of growing up in the island of North Borneo with memories of tropical rainforests and picturesque islands, Jonathan has had the opportunity of witnessing the diversity of nature at its best. His close encounters with wildlife later led him to create these images into works of art. With this privilege came better appreciation of the beauty of nature, which he knew would be shared by others. He believes spectacle sights are thoroughly wasted when not remembered or appreciated. Most of his budding years were spent in Australia. While he was studying in Sydney, he was able to explore the Australian landscapes with frequent trips to panoramic sites. This had exposed his thoughts on photography at a different angle where he no longer sees his surroundings in black and white (at face value). His journeys have helped his creativity to emerge with better understanding of the use of colors, tones and forms. The need to convey his feelings and emotions from his three dimensional journeys on prints and canvas is what he believes the role every photographer plays. His aim is to provide quality fine prints of nature and landscapes for his customers. He is based in Sandakan, with two galleries, showcasing his works in Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. The exhilaration to share his story behind the lens is what drives his style of photography. Photography has surfaced his awareness of the undiscovered beauty of life, which also puts in picture the importance of conserving Mother Nature.

All printing and framing processes are crafted by 2Buddybiz Sdn Bhd his exclusive giclée printer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For long preservation of his images, digital pigment printmaking (or giclée) uses professional grade large format printers with pigment inks and acid free canvas and papers. All his prints are individually produced, and a time frame of 2-3 weeks is needed from order to delivery.
