Eric Distel

Additional Info:	Eric Gerard Distel is a fine art photographer that has created images throughout the Americas and Europe. He is currently working on several different projects; the series he is currently working on is an interpretation of urban motion crossing into the boundaries of the desolation of the southwestern deserts. Distel has studied at several universities and is a graduate of the world-renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and now based in San Diego. Although his true passion is the pursuit of fine art using traditional methods, he does use digital capture for his commercial clients, and his wedding clientele. Distel is considered a fine art photographer by his contemporaries however he truly finds his inspiration for life in weddings, which his philosophy is… “to be a part of a couple’s wedding is truly a blessing and honor not only am I able to witness everything through the lens but to give the bride and groom these moments in time, to cherish forever, is absolutely the most rewarding thing I can do in life”.
