"For me, photography is about the art of seeing and experiencing something unique. It is more than just a medium for documenting the world around me. Photography is an art form which allows me to share my perspective of the indescribable scenery and events I bear witness to. Whether a straight photograph or digital painting derived from one, I try to reproduce not only the reality of a place or event, but also add and subtract from an image as necessary to recreate the experience and essence of the place and moment.
