My name is Bob Brittain and have always had a passion about photography. I have worked for big companies, not connected with photography, but decided that I would give up the work I was doing and pursue my dream of becoming a photographer full time.
Well, I've completed my first year as my own boss and have had some fantastic jobs too!
People have been booking my services for their weddings and the family portrait sessions are going well too. And baptisms are on the up also.
I have also worked with local childrens' centres, producing calendar photos, and a Doncaster women's support group asked me to photograph them rehearsing for two "one night only" performances at Doncaster Little Theatre. The results have been included in their programme, on their website, and also for their 2012 calendar.
A new venture is also in the pipleine. A Thorne nursery have asked me to photograph their "little ones" later this year - choosing my service over a very much larger company.
