Angela Rivere is a Fashion Media Photographer & Saxophonist Musician based in Singapore who has been working in the advertising industry since early 90s. Having established a successful media career from Broadcast TV, New Media, Outdoor/Out-of-Home Media, Magazines and Ambient Media Internationally, Angela Rivere invaluable experience and creativity continues to be sought after by a selection of major brand companies in various sectors such as BVI, IWC, Moet et Chandon, Metropolitan Museum of Arts, FCUK, LVMH, Unilever, Richemont, L'Oreal, Citigroup, to name a few. Angela started taking photography seriously when she was trusted to lead a photography crew for an outdoor fashion shoot. Angela grew up in a very artistic and fashion enviroment. Few fashion photographer impresarios have as much fashion heritage put together as the predigree, who comes from a family with ties to the fashion industry. Her mother, was an Award Winning Designer in fashion during the late 70s; her father was a business mogul who owns a fashion empire from a string of fashion boutique, to fashion label such as LEE jeans, and a spread of garment manufacturing factories regionally.
Angela's main interest is Art in Fashion Photography with a lifelong passion for new faces, new places and new creation. She believes that there's always been a communion between art and fashion. Her work is full of contrast and extreme. It's either subtle and subdue or loud and aesthetic, modern or historic. Her passion lies on capturing expression or motion in an image. Her style in capturing motion or expression in her work reflect life in itself or the soul personality of the models & subjects she photographs.

Modus Operandi:
I'm an easy going and hardworking photographer.
I like shooting images that are edgy, risqué and provocative or sexy with a distinctive style.
I put 200% into each photographic shoot from planning the theme, exploring locations, advising on outfit style, makeup, props, etc through to the post production and print of the resulting images.

And I do expect the model(s) to put in the same efforts. I envisage model shoots to be a joint effort between the model & the photographer, at the end of the day both of us will enjoy the photographs.

My influences are chiefly Bruce Weber and Horst P Horst.
